You express, when you sing, your soul in song. And when you get together with a group of other singers, it becomes more than the sum of the parts
-John Rutter
Singing has always been my happy place. Whether I'm belting out a Taylor Swift tune in the shower or humming along to an opera while baking, music has a magical way of lifting my spirits. It's more than just a hobby; it's a way of life.
At age 10, I joined the Ragazzi Boys Chorus. Singing alongside other boys—harmonizing and creating something beautiful together—taught me the power of collaboration. I learned that the collective impact of a group can be far greater than the individual efforts of any single person.
Even though I've competed on the national stage, singing has taught me that true success isn't about winning or losing. It's about finding joy in the journey, letting go, and embracing the moment.
